Teaching Philosophy → Exploration & Independence

Education should empower minds, not mold them. I teach students how to think, not what to think. Providing learners with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need allows me to step back to let them stand on their own work. Collaboration and unconventional thinking are celebrated in our discussions. My classroom is a space where independence and innovation grow side by side.

Business Philosophy → Process & Precision

For me, continuous improvement begins with everyone. My approach mirrors the Toyota Production System: eliminate waste, engage every employee, and refine processes through teamwork. I believe communication fuels innovation, and control reveals problems before they escalate. Control is the most important word in business. Six Sigma methodology drives me forward, solving problems quickly, efficiently, and permanently.

Leadership Philosophy → Strength & Support

Leadership is about building. I see a manager as someone with many tasks, but a leader has one: build the team. I build myself through reflection and growth, my teammates through encouragement and delegation, and my boss through example and support. Every action I take as a leader is meant to strengthen the team. That’s the philosophy by which I live, and lead.

I have developed an approach to leadership that is adaptable for the team and the situation. It's called "The Miracle Grow Approach" to leadership because if you use all the ingredients, the team will grow quickly and be strong enough to handle any challenge.
